Hello Tess,

I hope you are doing well! My name is Ananya Anand and I will be working alongside Sam DeMarinis(cc'd to this email) as a Product Developer(PD) for CAIDS this year. We are seniors at Tulane and have been working with Dr. Howard for a while now, so we're really excited to be PDs!

We are happy to be working with the Center for Sport again this year. We have a wonderful team of interns (some familiar faces and some new ones) who are very excited to pick this project up again.

As seen in the Sustainability Guide above, we are set up well to continue working on the Airtable database, making edits and additions. By the end of the year, we are hoping to have made a wonderful project for you with most if not all of the desired features implemented. Specifically, we plan to:

• generate a data visualization of an interactive US map or a heat map.
• We will evaluate the functionality of the database and visualization.
• We will determine the appropriate application for integration of the database and

visualization on a webpage in WordPress.

And throughout this process, we will maintain communication with Center for Sport staff on the progress of the projects.

We would love to set up a time to meet over Zoom within the next few weeks. Sam and I are available to meet on Thursdays any time between 1:30-3PM, but if this does not work for you please let us know and we'll find another time. If possible, would we be able to have this meeting before September 1? This way we can make sure that we have everything we need to continue right away with this project. We are excited to hear your feedback and suggestions as well.
